introductory workshop, our certified cold trainers will show you step by step how to safely find your way into the cold
water, because "coolness" can actually be learned!

Tip:
Ice bathing is not suitable for people with heart, circulatory, or vascular problems! If in doubt, we recommend a health check with your family doctor beforehand!
What to bring:
Swimwear, towel, bathrobe, bathing shoes, cap, gloves,
warm clothing that can be put on quickly.
