Yoga in Gastein

In Gastein, gentle movement meets the powerful energy of the Alps. The crisp mountain air and peaceful natural surroundings create the perfect setting to bring body and mind into balance.

Whether on a lush meadow, next to a tranquil mountain lake or in the sunlit Kurpark: Yoga in Gastein is a deeply enriching experience that stays with you long after your practice ends.

Find your flow in the Gastein valley

From open studio hours to outdoor sessions at scenic power places, Gastein offers a rich variety of yoga experiences year-round. Regular open-air classes at the Kurpark and group sessions in the Naturladen area invite you to combine movement with time in nature. Workshops, private lessons and events add diversity to your practice.

Twice a year, the Gastein valley also becomes an international meeting place for yoga enthusiasts. Yoga Spring in May and Yoga Autumn in October draw teachers and participants from around the world. Countless sessions, inspiring lectures and engaging workshops offer the perfect opportunity to refine your skills and embrace the beauty of the Alps.

Beginners and professionals

Yoga sessions for everyone

For beginners & advanced practitioners

In principle, all yoga classes are designed in such a way that the previous experience of the participants can be taken into account individually, i.e. they are suitable for all levels.

Special courses for beginners, i.e. people with little yoga experience, are marked as such. The same applies to the units for advanced students. These require a continuous, stable and sometimes vigorous yoga practice.

English classes

Some yoga classes are also offered in English and are marked as such in the timetable.

Workshops

Our more extensive and intensive units are also listed separately in the timetable.

Prices & Tickets

One-way tickets, blocks of 5 or 10 can be booked for the yoga sessions. The blocks of 5 or 10 are valid for the regular 60 & 90 minute sessions. (Blocks of 5 & 10 are per person and cannot be transferred to future events)

Functional Movement Class

Are you the kind of yogi who can twist into jaw-dropping shapes with ease? Or maybe you make some creative use of straps or a friendly push (or pull) from an assistant or two-to strike those picture-perfect poses? If you're ready to take things to the next level by focusing on how your body moves, not just where it ends up, this workshop is for you.

Centred States, A complete practice for curious yogis

Yoga can be seen ultimately as practice of balance in ever sense and in this extended practice, we'll be exploring multiple pathways that might help you land a more centred state. Physically we'll be opening the tight areas, stabilizing the weak areas though a combination of controlled vinyasa, mobility theory and deep static stretching Expect Adam's clear anatomical cues and a good dose of "why" behind everything we're doing.

Vinyasa Masterclass

We may have gone to hundreds of vinyasa classes, but in these 90-minute affairs, slotted precariously into high-energy weeks, we move from asana to asana without having time to truly explore the pose, understand the pose, take it deeper or acknowledge the sensations of the body.

FAQs Yoga Spring

How do bookings for the Gastein Yoga Days work?

You can design your own individual timetable according to your wishes.

All you need is an Eversports profile for online bookings. Click on the desired session on the timetable and decide on a one-way ticket, a block of 5 or 10.

When purchasing a block of 5 or 10, you can then conveniently pay for the yoga session with the block. Blocks of 5 and 10 are valid per person and cannot be taken to future events, i.e. the units must be used in the booked event.

How many participants are allowed per event?

  • All outdoor yoga sessions are limited to a maximum of 20 participants
  • All indoor yoga sessions are limited to a maximum of 20 or 12 participants.
  • The charity sessions and the final concert, on the other hand, have a festival character and therefore have almost no limits.

Registration via Eversports or at the spa and tourism association is required. For guests, there is a "first come - first serve" principle when booking.

How much does a yoga session cost?

1 yoga session 90 min.: € 20.00 (bookable with a block of 5 or 10)

1 yoga session 60 min.: € 18.00 (bookable with a block of 5 or 10)

1 aerial yoga session: € 25.00

Workshops: Price depends on the duration of the workshop

All yoga tickets and sessions can be booked via the timetable at Eversports.

How do rebookings or cancelations work?

You can change your booking directly in your Eversports profileup to 24 hours before the yoga class or workshop. To do this, you can cancel the session yourself in your Eversports profile and then register for another session with the ticket that is automatically offered to you when you pay.
