1. Organizer

The organizer of the sweepstakes is the Dorfgastein Tourism Association, Austria.

2. Prizes

The prize for one person and their guest is:

• 2 two-day passes for the Dorfgastein-Großarltal ski area
• Breakfast at the Wengeralm for the winner and their guest

Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Further details regarding redemption will be provided to the winners.

3. Eligibility

Natural persons aged 18 and older are eligible to participate. Participation is free of charge and not tied to any purchase or booking. Employees of the organizer and persons directly involved in the event’s execution are excluded from participation.

4. Entry Period and Procedure

On every Sunday during Advent, as well as on December 24, 2026, a letter will be posted on the official Instagram account of the Dorfgastein Tourism Association. Together, the five letters form a solution word.

To participate, the correct solution word must be sent via direct message to the official Instagram account of the Dorfgastein Tourism Association between December 24, 2026, at 12:00 a.m., and December 31, 2026, 11:59 p.m., via direct message to the official Instagram account of the Dorfgastein Tourism Association.

Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries do not increase your chances of winning.

5. Drawing and Notification of Winner

The winner will be selected at random on January 2, 2027, from among all valid entries containing the correct answer and will be notified via Instagram direct message.

The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified of the win. Otherwise, the prize may be redrawn.

Details regarding the delivery and redemption of prizes will be arranged directly with the winner.

6. Data Protection

The personal data submitted as part of the giveaway will be processed for the purpose of conducting and administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility to participate, conducting the drawing, and notifying the winner.

7. Instagram Disclaimer

This contest is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta and is neither sponsored, endorsed, nor organized by Instagram or Meta. The sole point of contact for the contest is the Dorfgastein Tourism Association.

8. Disqualification and Changes

The organizer reserves the right to exclude individuals from the contest in the event of attempts at manipulation or violations of these terms and conditions. If there are objectively justified reasons that make proper conduct of the contest impossible, the contest may be modified or terminated early. Legal claims remain unaffected.

9. Final Provisions

Austrian law applies. Mandatory statutory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
