Perfect thermals and a 360° panoramic view make the Fulseck in Dorfgastein the ideal launch site for paragliding. Whether beginners or experienced pilots - the summit is one of the most popular paragliding spots in Salzburg. The take-off is easily accessible via the Fulseck summit lift's mountain station.
Paragliding in Dorfgastein is possible all year round. Launch sites at the Fulseck summit lift and the Kieserlbahn offer ideal conditions for beginners and experienced paragliders. In summer, nature lovers can reach the launch sites on foot, in winter via short winter hiking trails.
The renowned Salzburg Flying School uses the Fulseck for paragliding training, and experienced pilots such as Lois Grugger offer tandem flights from the age of six - an unforgettable experience with 360° panoramic views over the Alps.
A separate paragliding ticket is available for the ascent to the Fulseck at the ticket office of the Fulseck summit lift.
