Mindful Forest Walk

Have you ever heard of Green Exercise? It involves physical activity in nature, outdoors, in the forest, which benefits not only your physical but also your mental health.

Together with forest health coach Theresa Sommerbichler, you will hike along the Böcksteiner Forest Path from Böckstein to Bad Gastein as part of this mindful Green Exercise forest hike.

With breathing exercises, mindfulness breaks, and walking meditations, the hike becomes a relaxing holiday experience away from everyday life. Along the way, you will also learn a lot about the region, the trees, and the health-promoting effects of the forest.


Duration: 3 hours

Meeting point: bus stop Böckstein Ortsmitte
