Spectator highlights - adidas INFINITE TRAILS

In September, Gastein in Salzburger Land will once again be transformed into a hotspot for trail runners from all over the world.

The adidas INFINITE TRAILS attract 1600 runners from 59 nations to Salzburger Land. Under the motto #celebratethesport, they celebrate the unique mountain world in which they run and the special community that has formed around this event.

As a spectator, you can experience this international trail run event up close - whether early in the morning at the start from 6.00 a. m. in the Alpenarena in Bad Hofgastein or along the race routes through the impressive Gastein mountains.

For all those who get up early to cheer on the trail runners at the start, there will be free croissants and coffee in the Alpenarena from 5.30 am (while stocks last).

Expo Area

In the start and finish area in the Alpenarena there is an Expo Area with products from adidas and Co. In addition, there is also the opportunity to purchase a tree seedling for the big tree planting campaign .

From mountain to mountain with the Wanderschaukelticket

All spectators have the opportunity to purchase a Gastein cable car ticket on race day to travel comfortably along the various race courses. With just one ticket you can use the Schlossalmbahn, the Kaserebenbahn, the Senderbahn, the Stubnerkogelbahn and the Graukogel lifts. For INFINITE TRAILS friends & family, the ticket is available at a reduced price of € 31.50. The ticket is only available online until September 4th .

Celebrate The Sport

Whether you are a rookie experiencing your very first competition on the 15K RUN with 900 meters of altitude or an ultra fan finishing the racing season on the unique 60K course with 5000 meters of altitude over three Gastein peaks, the adidas INFINITE TRAILS offer runners of all levels an unforgettable experience.

The team race has been the supreme discipline right from the start. For a change, you don't just run for yourself, but for your team camaraderie. Three trail runners start at the same time in the morning as a relay team in the women's, men's or mixed categories. All teams have to cover a total distance of 100 kilometers and 7,600 meters of altitude.
