Bad Hofgastein

Above the tree line of the Gadaunerer plateau, surrounded by meadows and rhododendrons, is the Feldinghütte. Reachable from the Argental parking lot to Waldgasthof Angertal via the Gadauner forest road in ca. 3 hrs., or you can choose to take the “Wolfstall”, a short steep climb (1 3/4 hrs.). Another hiking path leads 100 m past guesthouse Lackenbauer, right via the Lafenmahder, and to the Feldinghütte (time ca. 2 hrs.)


SPECIAL OF OUR HUT:
The Sendlhofer family is known for their tasty blueberry and lingonberry liqueurs, homemade schnapps, alpine snacks with cheese, cheese balls or Camembert, and cheese strudel. The Gadaunerer Hochalm is home to 6 staffed huts, inviting you to hike from hut to hut and enjoy the magnificent landscape.

MTB-ALM: An official Mountain Bike trail leads to the Alm.
ART & CULTURE ALM: The Alm offers very special artistic and cultural highlights (eg jazz concert, exhibitions etc.)

HOW YOU CAN REACH US:
Above the tree line of the Gadaunerer plateau, surrounded by meadows and rhododendrons, is the Feldinghütte.
