In children's yoga, you can get creative! The classic yoga poses (asanas) come to life with a story: Then you row in a boat (Navasana) across the stormy sea, or fly like an eagle (Garudasana) over the field, looking into the distance. The most important thing is: HAVE FUN!

Duration approx.: 1 hour.
Meeting point: Congress Center Tauernplatz 1
Participants: at least 2 children
Miscellaneous: For children from 3 years. Toddlers only with adult supervision.
