In children's yoga, you get to be creative! The classic yoga poses (asanas) come to life with a story: Then you row in a boat (Navasana) across the stormy sea, or fly as an eagle (Garudasana) over the field, looking into the distance. The most important thing is: HAVE FUN WITH IT!
