Information about the Event:

Green Exercise refers to the proven positive effects of physical activity in nature.
PLEASE NOTE: Two start times are suggested on the ‘BOOK NOW’ page: EVERY Monday from 1 June to 19 October 2026, starting at 4.30 pm; EVERY Monday from 26 October to 2 November 2026, starting at 3.30 pm

In the Sunset Edition, guests experience the power of the surrounding area on a short hike in the peaceful atmosphere of the evening – reducing stress, activating, and refreshing at the same time.

Participation in the guided hikes is free with the Gastein Card!
Good equipment and mountain/hiking shoes are absolutely necessary!
