The soprano, originally from Carinthia, graduated from a music high school, having previously studied violin at the Carinthian State Conservatory in Klagenfurt, and received training in ballet and jazz dance at the Moser-Riff Dance Studio. She completed her education in singing, acting, and dance at the Vienna Musical School, where she was also trained as a classical singer. She graduated with a state stage diploma and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Music in Jazz and Popular Singing in Vienna, as well as a Master of Arts in Music Education. She has also been working as a vocal coach ever since.

She was engaged for spoken theatre roles at the Theater Center Forum and the Atelier Theater Vienna in two one-act plays by Nestroy. At the Mörbisch Operetta Festival, she appeared in My Fair Lady under the direction of Helmut Lohner. Her portrayal of Pepi in Johann Strauss’s Wiener Blut took her on guest performances to German municipal theatres. Under the direction of Gerhard Ernst and conducted by Joji Hattori, she performed the role of Hederl in Das Dreimäderlhaus and Bianca in the musical classic Kiss Me, Kate.

She appeared in Karl Markovics’s award-winning directorial debut Breathing (Atmen) and in an episodic role in the Tatort episode Borderland (Grenzland) directed by Sascha Bigler.

She was engaged at the Municipal Theatre of Bolzano in My Fair Lady, directed by Thomas Schulte-Michels. In Sissi – The Musical, she performed the role of Nene, including appearances at the Gewandhaus Leipzig and the Herkulessaal at the Munich Residenz. Pavel Fieber cast her as the Countess in Wiener Blut, and she performed under conductor Walter Lochmann in the musical The Count of Monte Cristo at the Franken Festival in Bavaria.

With the electropop band Johann Sebastian Bass, she reached the finals of the ORF show Who Will Sing for Austria at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015.

She also appeared in A Night in Venice at the Mörbisch Operetta Festival and in The White Horse Inn (Im weißen Rössel) at the Kufstein Operetta Summer.

In her chanson program La vie en rose – We Regret Nothing, featuring music from Edith Piaf to Michel Legrand, she found ideal stage partners in Alfons Haider and Lior Kretzer (piano). The production continues to be revived and marks her second collaboration with Lior Kretzer, following her solo program Witches, Fairies and Princes Tell Tales of Musical Theatre, in which he served as musical director.

In the opera Die Taubenwirtin, premiered in Vienna, she performed the title role. In the contemporary opera Vogelgespräche, she appeared as the nightingale soprano soloist, marking her first collaboration with Neue Oper Graz and the Schallfeld Ensemble.

For the musical theatre production Aspects of Gretchen, she was cast as Gretchen by director Andrea Mellis at Vienna’s Theater Arche. In summer 2021, she premiered in the opera evening Canzoni Italiane—arias and songs from the land of longing, Italy.

This summer, she can be heard as Adele in the operetta Die Fledermaus at the Schlossfestival Wilfersdorf.
