In the Postler, people were already reporting and gossiping during the Renaissance.And, of course, hearty meals and plenty to drink.Not much has changed since then. The Postler was actually a confectioner.
A second educational path, so to speak, because Wolfgang used to love sweet dishes.He can still do that, of course, but there's a lot more to it than that.He literally cooks his heart out for you. Because first and foremost, it simply has to taste good. That was the case back then and it's no different today. Wolfgang cooks with the best products from the region and yet remains completely down to earth. His son Matthias has taken over the management of the restaurant with complete passion.
Once a Postler, always a Postler. That's how it is and that's how it will stay.
