From the bed, you can already see the sun rays climbing over the mountain peaks, follow the magnificent ski runs, and enjoy the wonderful tranquility.

The house is located in a cul-de-sac on a slope in the sunniest area of Bad Gastein. In the evenings, the valley is bathed in a sea of lights, sparkling alongside the stars.

Directly above and below the "ALPENWELT", beautifully landscaped promenades lead to the center, to the world-famous waterfall, and to the surrounding area.

You can reach the ski bus from the house via the promenades in 5 minutes. This bus takes you in 6 minutes over the famous waterfall and through the historic town center directly to the valley station of the Stubnerkogel cable car. The house is located on the mountain of Graukogel, which also awaits you with its slopes of pure natural snow.

Subject to availability, there are free parking spaces directly at the house.

Upon request, we are happy to provide a free baby cot and a high chair in your apartment.

Description

Das Haus besticht mit seinem atemberaubenden Panoromablick auf die umliegenden hohen Berge und das Tal.

Lasst euch in den Bann dieser ALPENWELT ziehen!

Schon vom Bett aus seht ihr die Sonnenstrahlen über die Berggipfel klettern, könnt die prächtigen Skiabfahrten verfolgen und die herrliche Ruhe genießen.

Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse in Hanglage im sonnigsten Gebiet von Bad Gastein. Abends taucht das Tal in ein Lichtermeer und funkelt mit den Sternen um die Wette.

Direkt ober- und unterhalb der ALPENWELT führen herrlich angelegte Promenaden in das Zentrum, zum weltberühmten Wasserfall und in die nähere Umgebung.

Den Skibus erreicht ihr vom Haus auf den Promenaden gehend in 5 Minuten.  Dieser Bus fährt euch in 6 Minuten über den berühmten Wasserfall und durch das historische Ortszentrum direkt zu der Talstation der Stubnerkogelbahn.
Das Haus liegt am Berg des Graukogels welcher ebenfalls mit seinen Pisten aus reinem Naturschnee auf euch wartet.  

Nach Verfügbarkeit gibt es direkt am Haus kostenfreie Pkw Plätze.

Gerne stellen wir bei Bedarf kostenlos ein Babybett und einen Kinderhochstuhl in eure Wohnung.
