TICKETINFORMATION

Please come to the box office (directly at the valley station) to pick up your tickets.
Evening box office: open from 4.30 pm directly at the Schlossalmbahn valley station
You can pick up your ticket at the tourist information centre (Tauernplatz 1, next to the Alpentherme) until 3.30 pm.

Rainy weather
In case of the rainy weather option in the Kursaal, you have a fixed seat with your ticket (no refunds possible). The box office is then located directly in the Kursaal, the times remain the same. Exclusive ascent
This is an exclusive ascent, therefore no season, weekly or day tickets are valid.

SCHEDULE
Ascent: 5 pm – 6.30 pm
We would like to point out that the last possible boarding time for the ascent is 6.30 pm. As we are expecting a large crowd, we ask you to be there early.
Concert: 7 pm – 8.30 pm
Descent: after the end of the concert

SEATING
There will be an opportunity to purchase seat pads/seat cushions on the mountain.
Price per item: € 4.90
(No chairs will be set up)

FOOD
The restaurant "Kleine Scharte" near the mountain station will be open until 8 pm.
You can also buy snacks and drinks directly at the mountain station.
(We ask you to bring your rubbish back with you and dispose of it in one of our rubbish bins at the mountain station)

PARKING FACILITIES
A large car park and a multi-storey car park (subject to a charge) are located directly at the Schlossalmbahn valley station.
