Conditions of participation

On an ongoing basis, there are various raffels or Questionnaires linked to raffles of Gasteinertal Tourism. These are announced on the website www.gastein.com, by email newsletter or in the social media channels.

The respective framework conditions (duration, action, prize, etc.) can be found in the respective invitation (posting, mail, etc.) to the raffles. The winner will be notified within three days on Facebook or Instagram in the form of a comment, in the case of a newsletter competition by email.

Participation in the print, newsletter, Facebook or Instagram competition of Gasteinertal Tourismus GmbH is free of charge and is governed exclusively by the conditions of participation stated in the respective invitation and on this website. We reserve the right to exclude participants from the raffleif the conditions of participation are violated.

By participating in the raffle, the following conditions of participation are automatically accepted:

• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw for the prize.
• All Gastein social media fans or listed newsletter recipients who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate.
• The winner will be notified by Gasteinertal Tourismus GmbH within 3 days after the closing date.
• An exchange as well as a cash payment of the prize is not possible.
• If the winner does not respond to a request within a period of 1 week, the prize can be transferred to another participant.
• The winner must provide Gasteinertal Tourismus GmbH with his/her first and last name, home address and e-mail address.
• The participant assures that the personal information provided by him/her is true and correct.
• In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his/her name in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the website of the operator and its social media platforms.

The raffle is not connected to Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook. Questions or complaints in connection with the raffles should be directed to Gasteinertal Tourismus. Contact options can be found on the website www.gastein.com, by email to gewinnspiel@gastein.comor by personal message on Facebook. The legal process is excluded. The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the raffle without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the scheduled course of the raffles. Austrian law is exclusively applicable to the raffles.
