The renovation work was completed in the historic Haus Schider. The Hotel Das Schider opened in September 2021.

BG Invest GmbH

As the investor, BG Invest GmbH is developing the project and will also operate "Das Schider".

History of the Building Project

History-rich Haus Schider, which has been operated as a tourism business for many generations, was taken over in January 2021 by BG Invest GmbH and has been visually, technically and conceptually reconceived.

Current Building Progress

The hotel will present a completely new face to the public in the next 3 months, ideally blending into the existing and evolving structure both visually and conceptually (as a hybrid apartment-hotel).
