Culinary Hut Walk in Sportgastein
Enjoy regional specialties, discover the mountain lifestyle, marvel at the magical backdrop of Hohe Tauern National Park.
Step by step from course to course. True to this motto, visitors to Sportgastein are able to enjoy a guided culinary walk that gives them the opportunity to experience a mouthwatering array of regional and seasonal highlights, along with the compelling stories that are told by our hosts.
The culinary journey includes seven regional specialties – from cheesy dumpling soup to blueberry French toast and cream strudel. Accompanied by the perfect beverages to go with them - including elderberry juice, fresh buttermilk and gentian schnapps.
Step by step from course to course
Experience a culinary journey through Sportgastein during a leisurely walk from hut to hut in Salzburger Land. You can only enjoy this delectable outing on set dates during summer season. Participants meet on the car park in Sportgastein at 10 a.m. while the hut walk itself takes approximately 5 hours.
Price per person: € 65,00 including toll charges
