Three children's practice areas in the Gastein Valley will get you on the slopes that mean the world. Have you already booked your winter vacation with the motivation to learn to ski or snowboard?

The GASTI snow parks and the Kinderland Dorfgastein offer the ideal conditions to familiarize yourself with the snow. A gentle slope and a flat run make you want to try your first turns. If you can't manage on your own, you can book beginners' courses at the Gastein ski schools.

For your children, the GASTI snow parks are both an experience and a learning experience.

They will learn toski in Gastein in a playful and fun way. With small artificial ski jumps , even the ski pros of tomorrow will never get bored. GASTI, the Gastein mascot, is always at your side. In the Kinderland Dorfgastein, right next to the Gipfelbahn-Fulseck valley station, the youngest winter sports guests can gain their first skiing experience. A modern platter lift makes it easier to get started in winter sports. The little ones can learn to ski in a carefree and fun way.

XXL Gasti snow park in Bad Hofgastein

The XXL Gasti snow park in the Angertal ski center offers the best conditions for little snow bunnies on over 10,000 m². With six conveyor belts, a drag lift, a mini fun slope and a learn-to-ski course, children can learn to ski in a fun way. The GASTI Alm offers a relaxation and lunch area, ideal for breaks in between. Highlights such as the mini ski movie course, the winter playground and the GASTI show stage provide variety and fun. Parents and children will find the perfect conditions for a successful family winter vacation here.

Gasti Snow Park in Bad Gastein

If you are spending your vacation in Bad Gastein, you will find the nearest Gasti snow park at the valley station of the Stubnerkogelbahn. Two magic carpets and a forest of poles are the perfect preparation for the adjacent double chairlift, which will take your children to a place from where they can complete their first short descent.

Young family ticket

The offer is valid for families with a non-skiing infant under the age of three (born in 2022 or later). The young family ticket can be used alternately by one of the two parents.

Please note that the young family ticket cannot be combined with the online early booking bonus.

Family bonus

When purchasing a ski pass, the third and all younger siblings (child and adolescent) receive the ski pass free of charge if at least one parent and the two older siblings (child or adolescent) purchase a ski pass for the same period of validity.

Requirements: Official family proof and joint main residence required. With the ALL-IN Card White, it is not necessary for parents to purchase an ALL-IN Card White.

Children and young people travel at the weekend Children and young people travel at a special price every weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
Bonus is also credited for multi-day tickets at the weekend.

The specific extent of the price reduction depends on the respective normal price, the respective season and the respective ski area.

Mini's Week

The "Mini's Week" is designed for families with small children, includes an extensive program from the ski schools and can be booked between 11 and 25 January 2025.

The offer includes seven nights' accommodation in the parents' room, a children's ski course, children's ski hire and a children's ski pass. Depending on the region and ski school, the ski lessons take place either 3 x 4 hours or 5 x 2 hours.

Easter family campaign

From March 15, 2025 until the end of the season, the Easter Bunny has prepared a special package for families. Children up to the age of 15 ski for free with the purchase of a 6-day ski pass for at least one parent.
