Location of the accommodation
Within walking distance, you can reach the Dorfgastein-Großarltal ski lift (approx. 250 meters away). The cozy holiday home invites you to spend your winter vacation or summer holidays with your family here.
We are just a few minutes from the village center of Dorfgastein, where you will find shopping opportunities as well as idyllic inns and restaurants. Despite the proximity to the village, our house is located in a very quiet area.
For relaxation and enjoyment, we recommend the nearby Gasteiner Alpentherme, which you can reach in just a few minutes by car, as well as the Felsentherme in Bad Gastein and the Gasteiner Heilstollen.
Description
Our three spacious, nearly new holiday apartments, with up to 3 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms, range from 45-85m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. Cozy and bright seating areas invite family gatherings, chatting, and playing during your vacation.
You will find excellent restaurants nearby, or treat your loved ones to a self-prepared meal in our fully equipped kitchen. Let the sun shine on your face with a glass of wine on your balcony adorned with beautiful floral vines or end the evening comfortably on our sun terrace.
In our well-maintained garden, a small playground with swings and a playfield is available for your children. You can find a larger public playground in the village, or our "Alte Straße" invites you to enjoy delightful walks and adventures.
Winter in Gastein
Experience the magic of the slopes during the winter months on the slopes of Ski Amadé. Wide slopes and the most modern lift facilities characterize the family-friendly ski area of the Dorfgastein-Großarltal ski connection.
After an exciting day in winter, indulge yourself with relaxing massages at the Alpentherme Gastein or the Felsentherme Gastein following a thermal visit. You can experience the healing effect of radon therapy during a visit to the Gasteiner Heilstollen.
Summer in Gastein
Splash with your family on a warm summer day at the Solarbad Gastein, for which you have free access. Numerous hiking trails lead you through the beautiful Salzburg region, offering breathtaking views of an unforgettable mountain scenery. Extensive mountain playgrounds featuring climbing paths and monster scooter rides over hill and stone will bring smiles to children's faces.

CANCELLATION TERMS: For cancellations of the entire stay up to 7 weeks before the start of the holiday, there are no cancellation fees; within 49 to 14 days, 40%; within 14 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 80% of the total package price. In case of no-show, late arrival, early departure, or fewer guests, we charge the agreed daily rate.
