The new building is located in Dorfgastein, to the left of the Mühlbach and looks down on the village, at a quiet, sunny and nevertheless central location, with about 150 metres distance to the valley station of the Dorfgastein mountain railways, as well as to the Dorfgastein swimming pool. Four restaurants are at a distance of 3-5 minutes walk.A supermarket is also located within the catchment area

The sauna with a size of about 25 m² gives you the impression of being in a mountain chalet.The Alm Sauna (chalet sauna) is available to our guests free of charge three times a week.After using the Sauna visit our Block Hut (in open air). After an advance reservation it can used free of charge for get-togethers or parties, such as New Year’s Eve celebrations, birthday parties, or to fulfil children’s dreams (spending a night in a block hut). The block hut is optimally equipped with grill station, running hot water, cable TV and radio / CD and kitchenette. A kiddies playground in open air is available, too. A table-tennis board and four trekking bikes, also with children’s safety seat, as well as two mountain bikes are also provided for our guests.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Dorfgastein, linksseitig des Mühlbaches und oberhalb des Ortes, in sehr ruhiger, sonniger und doch zentraler Lage, nur ca. 150 Meter Entfernung zur Talstation der Dorfgasteiner Bergbahnen, sowie zum Dorfgasteiner Schwimmbad. Jedes der drei ca. 50 m² großen Appartements, verfügt über zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, einen Wohnbereich mit Eckbank und Liegesofa, eine Kochnische mit Mikrowelle, Dusche und WC getrennt, sowie einen Sonnenbalkon,W-Lan free, Kabel-Flat TV und Mini-Stereoanlage, gehören zur Standardausstattung. Die modern-rustikale Einrichtung ist von "almeliger Gemütlichkeit" bei bestem Komfort.
