Meet the Farmers - Chill & Grill: The best of BBQ


Information about the Event:

Join us on 19 July 2025 to experience the most original form of barbecuing with fire. Together with Sepp & Michi Meyer, our butcher family from Schreckbauer in Bischofshofen & the grill master Peter Schaller, things will get hot with us.
14:00: Barbecue course in the afternoon Learn all about different barbecue and cooking methods (direct grilling, indirect grilling, braising and smoking) and receive comprehensive information, tips and tricks about meat, breeds, maturing, correct cutting and carving of the finished pieces. -> Become a barbecue master yourself!

17:30: BBQ party Lukas & Sepp share a great passion: they love really good meat. Sepp brings his best cuts of Wagyu, Angus and Pinzgauer beef and Duroc pork to the barbecue party!

And to make sure it tastes really good, these and LUKE'S Best of Dryaged Meat will be served from the new charcoal grill. We had it made especially for the barbecue season by our good friends and we're looking forward to trying it out with you!
