Cross-country skiing stresses the entire body and is the perfect sport for endurance training. Hardly any other sport strengthens muscles and joints so much and yet is gentle on them. The Mühlbachloipe in Dorfgastein is located on the sunny side of the village and is more suitable for experienced athletes. Use of the cross-country ski trail is free of charge.
