Information about the Event:

Trail running is running in the great outdoors, on unpaved trails. For many outdoor athletes, trail running means pure freedom. No wonder that trail running enjoys great popularity.

At September 2024 Trail runners will come together at the adidas TERREX INFINITE TRAILS event in Gastein. Beginners and professionals alike fight for victory in this unique trail running team challenge. The relay-team will cope with a total of 100 kilometres and over 7,600 meters in altitude.

These are the rules of the adidas TERREX INFINITE TRAIL:

On Saturday, September 7th, three trail runners will start as a team in three different categories (women, men, mixed).
Each runner completes one of three laps in front of the impressive Gastein Alpine backdrop.
The laps differ both in distance and in route profile.
You can choose from the following Adidas Infinite Trail Gastein routes: Loop S 21km/1900hm – Loop M 35km/2700hm – Loop L 44km/3000hm.
The runners cover the last kilometre together to cross the finish line as a team.
For all single starters there is a spectacular challenge with an ultra distance of 65km/5080hm over three Gastein peaks, the Gamskarkogel, the Graukogel and the Stubnerkogel. Also there is a 45K loop, 30K loop and a 15K loop.
